No Refunds will be given for each deposit made.
Tour Reservations: Tour tickets may be purchased online up to 2 weeks prior to tour time. We reserve the right to contact you about your reservation.
Tour Arrival time: Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Guests who arrive past the scheduled check-in time will be placed on the next available tour time if and when space is available. We cannot guarantee or refund your tour if you/your guests arrive late. We will try to get you/your group on the next available tour if possible, but this is not guaranteed. Joining a tour after it has started will not be permitted.
Transportation: Check in for buses and or shuttles are required 30 minutes prior to departure. No additional transportation will be provided if guests miss departures.
Inclement Weather: In the event inclement weather delays tours, we will try to place you on the next tour with available openings once the all clear has been given. If a guest cannot stay for the next tour, they may choose to ask for a refund. If tours are cancelled due to the distillery closing, we will refund your ticket price paid, or if circumstances permit, provide a same-day alternate experience.
Cancellations & Refunds: We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 2 months prior to your scheduled activity. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 2 months prior to requested tour time. In the case of distillery forcing a tour cancellation, the Visitor Center will refund the guest ticket amount purchase. If circumstances permit, we may provide a same-day alternate experience.
Experience: We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure The Whiskey House Tours and all of its distillery operations are available to view by visitors during normal open [or operational] hours. However, we reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise and with or without prior notice, to end the tour.
Payment: We require full payment at time of reservation. Your card will be charged when you select "Accept" on the confirmation page. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Dollars are U.S. and time is Central Standard Time (CST).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This reservation is a revocable license and it is unlawful to reproduce this reservation in any form. Reservations or tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this reservation not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event for which this reservation is issued. One reservation equals one admission. In conformance with local requirements and rules certain items may not be brought into the event premises, including, but not limited to, firearms or other weapons, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances and recording devices. Cameras are allowed, but professional photography is not allowed without prior written consent from The Whiskey House Tours.
The Whiskey House Tours, and all their agents collectively reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other rules that are posted at the event site. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.
This reservation cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued, at the time and place of issue. This reservation is not redeemable for cash.
Positive/legally accepted proof of age is required. All reservation holders must be at least 21 years of age to sample whiskey, otherwise reservation is void. Reservation is not transferable.
All who attend release The Whiskey House Tours, and all their agents from any liability or claim that may result from any activity associated with the event. All who attend agree that their image (likeness, voice, or other) may be used by The Whiskey House Tours, and/or their agents for any advertising/marketing purpose without further notice or compensation.
Other rules may be posted at the event site.
By accepting below, I represent and warrant that I am sufficiently fluent in the English language, and have read and understood the foregoing.
Each Customer is responsible to make absolutely certain to have the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel, and to make the necessary accommodation for security rules imposed by government authorities. Anthony Travel shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. See your health practitioner for advice. Prior to travel, required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by Customer’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the Customer must carry for proof of inoculation where required. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking. Check the USA State Department Web site http://travel.state.gov, for relevant information relating to travel to specific destinations, and the USA Centers for Disease Control http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ relating to health issues. For further information relating to security, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States visit www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov.us, www.ustreas.gov, www.cbp.gov on a regular basis for information regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States especially your embassy and http://www.uscis.gov/ for non-USA citizens. (Customer is responsible to make Anthony Travel aware when traveling on a passport from a country other than the USA.) Anthony Travel neither controls nor warrants the issuance of visas related to applicable travel. Should a visa not be issued, Anthony Travel is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip. Please note that USA rules regarding entry and exit change on a daily basis. When travelling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification found http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids. Examples: DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license, USA Passport, a foreign government passport.
